Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
In 2019, my life took an unexpected turn with a diagnosis of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and hypothyroidism. This led me to adopt a gluten-free diet to manage my condition and inspired me to pursue a career in dietetics. My goal is to share evidence-based nutrition and support you on your journey to managing and preventing chronic disease by taking a holistic nutrition and lifestyle approach.
I graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.S. in Nutrition Science–Dietetics and completed Emory Hospital’s dietetic internship program. I previously worked as a clinical dietitian in a cardiac intensive care unit and am currently a performance nutrition intern at the United States Naval Academy. I am also a gluten-free influencer.
