The Best Gluten-Free Air Fryer Chicken Tenders

Who said eating gluten-free had to be boring? These gluten-free air fryer chicken tenders are oh-so-juicy on the inside with a crisp outside coating. They’re super easy to make, and the air fryer has them ready in no time. Dip them in your favorite sauce or chop them up and serve in a salad.

I have the 5.8 quart Cosori air fryer. It is rectangular, sleek, and black, and the buttons light up only when you press them. It is large enough that I do not have to make 2 batches, so I can cook this recipe all at once. No one enjoys waiting for their food to cook. And it’s dishwasher safe, too!

I prefer to buy chicken breast tenders since they are already cut into the perfect pieces. I try to buy chicken that is organic, free-range, and non-GMO.

My go-to gluten-free flour is Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-Free 1:1 Baking Flour. You can literally swap it in any recipe that calls for all-purpose flour, and the final product turns out great! I’ve made everything from cupcakes to chicken katsu, and more with this flour.

I buy pasture-raised eggs because the chickens that lay these eggs have space to roam around, and they eat a more natural diet vs. a grain-based diet.

My favorite brand of gluten-free panko bread crumbs is Kikkoman. The panko bread crumbs give the chicken tenders a nice crunch.
